Summary

Expenses in Mr Phillips trial were £61 19s 6d. Mr Phillips to pay £51 10s costs.
The weir on the island at Easton is falling down; a well weir is to be erected in its place.
Mr Purnell to remove his timber off Kemmett’s Orchard, which is to be fenced with posts and rails.
Hedge adjoining the road at Easton to be cut.
The house and warehouse at Wallbridge be let for one year from Lady Day for £10.
The table of Rules at Bristol Road is to be moved to the house at Wallbridge.

At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 17^th of February 1780
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, William Knight, Fream Arundell, John Hollings, John Allaway, James Dallaway.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
The Committee have not Yet Staked out the Land on M^r Butchers.
Our Clerk Reported that he has wrote to Rob^t Sandford Esq^r agreeable to the Order of the last Meeting, but has nor Rece'd any answer.
Rece'd a Letter from Mess^rs Lane & Jepson informing us that M^r Baxters Business shall be settled as soon as Possible; and likewise informing us that our Expence in M^r Phillips cause amounts to £61:19:6 and the Tax'd Costs which M^r Phillips is to pay is 51:10. Ordered that our Clerk do desire Mess^rs Lane & Jepson to write t M^r Phillips to order imediate payment of the Tax'd Costs.
Ordered that our Clerk do apply to M^r Merrett to remeasure M^r Chances Lands.
Our Clerk Reported that the wear in the Island at Easton is fallen down, Ordered that a Well Wear be immediately erected in the Room of that so fallen down.
Ordered that M^r Purnell have Notice given him to remove his Timber from the Kemmetts Orchard, And that the said Orchard be immediately fenced with Posts & Railes.
Ordered that the Hedge adjoining the Road at Easton be Cutt.
Ordered that M^r Hollings be desired to write to M^r Wyatt & pay him for his Land made use off in the Canal.
Ordered that M^r Cook be paid £120 on Account for Land.
Ordered that M^r R^d George be paid 78:9 in full for Deal Timber.
Ordered that M^r Chance be paid 50 on Acc^t for Land.
Ordered that Mess^rs Beddom & Cross be p^d 23:13:6 in full for Pitch, etc.
Ordered that Mess^rs Wathen & Hollings be desired to Waite on M^r Clutterbuck on Tuesday next to Settle for his Lands.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Five Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that M^r Samuel Webb be desired to attend the next Meeting.
Ordered that the House & Warehouse at Wallbridge be let for one year to Commence at Lady Day next for Ten Pounds.
Ordered that the Table of Rules at Bristol Road be removed to the House at Wallbridge.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Thursday the 2^d March next at 4 o'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
