Summary

Mr Holliday Phillips and Daniel Ballard to be sued if they do not pay outstanding debts by 1 May.
Wharf at Wallbridge and lower side of wharf at Dudbridge to be enclosed with posts and rails.
Rents to be collected from all persons occupying land belonging to the company.
Agreed with Thomas Lewis to be lock keeper from Double Lock to Wallbridge at 10s 6d per week.
Richard Evans to be informed that if he ever is found catching fish in the canal that he will be immediately discharged.
3d shall be paid for every wagon, and 2d for every cart, which shall be loaded or unloaded with the crane at Wallbridge. John King to collect charge.
Edward Tombs to be asked to repair the gravel boat.

At a Meeting or the Committee held this 25^th day of April at the George Inn in Stroud.
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Ben^m Grazebrook, James Dallaway.
Continued the Order relative to M^r Butchers Land.
Ordered that our Clerk do desire Mess^rs Lane & Jepson (if they do not here further by the 1^st of May) to proceed against M^r Holliday Phillips for payment of the Tax'd Costs in the late Tryal; and likewise against M^r Daniel Ballard for payment of the Sum of £66:13.
Ordered that our Clerk do procure about 50 Tons of Aberthaw Pebles as soon as Possible.
Ordered that the Wharf at Wallbridge be inclosed with Oak Posts and Railes, and that Mess^rs Hollings, Dallaway & Grazebrook be desired to Contract with Ew^d Keene for doing the same immediately and likewise putting up Posts and Railes on the lower side of the Wharf at Dudbridge.
Ordered that our Clerk do apply to the several Persons occupying any Land belonging to the Company for the Rends due for the same at Lady Day last, and Report the same at the next Meeting.
Agreed with Tho^s Lewis to be Lock keeper from the Double Lock to Wallbridge at the Wages of Ten Shillings & Six pence per Week.
Ordered that Richard Evans be inform'd if he is ever found Catching Fish in eh Canal, that he will be immediately discharg^d.
Ordered that 3^d shall be paid for every Waggon and 2^d for every Cart which shall be Loaded or unloaded with the Crane at Wallbridge and that Jn^o King be appointed to Collect the same.
Ordered that Edward Tombs be apply'd to, for putting the Gravell Boat in Repair.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Eight Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that our Clerk do apply to M^r Pashley to desire him to deliver in the particulars of his whole Account at the next Meeting.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Friday the 5^th May next at Five o'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
