At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 8^th of June 1780
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Ben^m Grazebrook, Fream Arundell, John Allaway, James Dallaway, Richard Bigland.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Order relative to M^r Butchers Land.
M^r Ballards Bill is examined and Discharged.
Ew^d Keene delivered in a Proposal for Mounding the Wharf at Wallbridge with Oak Posts and Rails at 11^s.6^d per Yard forward. Ordered that the Gentlemen deputed to Act in this Business be desired to make enquiry of the expence of Building a Wall with the Ragg Stone now lying at the Wharf.
M^r B: Grazebrook Reported that he has settled with Jn^o Archoll for his Rent and Damages.
M^r Pashley delivered in the Particulars of his Account. Posponed the Consideration of the same to our next Meeting.
Ordered that the House wherein the Companys Barge is kept be immediately Pitch'd over in order to secure the same from Rain.
Ordered that an open Ditch be made at the foot of the Bank in M^r Hallidays Land in order to Drain the same.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 22nd Instant at Ten o'Clock in the Morning at the George Inn in Stroud.
