Summary

Unless old crane can be sold for 10 guineas it is to be brought to Wallbridge.
Mr Cambridge asked for a drain to be created in the lower part of the meadow called Thatchers to take off excess water from the canal.
John King to rent the house and warehouse at Wallbridge if the Company builds him a shed to house his brewery. William Franklin asked to do the building.

At a Meeting of the Committee held this 22^nd day of November 1781 at the George Inn in Stroud
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Fream Arundell, James Dallaway, Ben^m Grazebrook.
Read the Minutes of the Last General and Committee Meetings.
Ben^n Pashley hath Valued the Timber Work of the Old Crane at £3. Ordered that the same upon a further Consideration be not sold under Ten Guineas including the Wheel and all thereto belonging and if not Sold at that Sum to be brought up to Wallbridge and preserved.
Our Clerk Reported that M^r Sam^l King is taking some of the Stone on the terms proposed at the last Meeting.
Ordered that our Clerk do get information from the Rates of the Parishes of Stonehouse and Randwick of what M^r Turners whole Estate is Rated to the Land Tax and Report the same at the next Meeting.
Our Clerk Reported that M^r Cambridge hath made application for a back drain to be made in the lower part of his Meado call'd Thatchers to take off the water that Isues from the Canal. Ordered that the said drain be made agreeable to M^r Cambridges direction.
Ordered that the Hurdles on the side of the Towing path at Stonehouse be imediately taken away and brought up to Wallbridge and that the same be sold at a fair price.
Agreed to lett the House and Warehouse at Wallbridge to John King for two years from Lady day next at the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds in consideration of which We agree to Build him a Shed at the end of the Warehouse for a brewhouse. Ordered that M^r W^m Franklin be employed to Build the same and that Mess^rs Hollings, Dallaway and Grazebrook do agree with him for that purpose.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Six hundred and Sixty Eight Pounds Eighteen Shillings and three Pence.
Ordered that Edward Keene be paid £25 on Account.
Ordered that the Interest due on the Load together with the Interest due on Bond be paid when in Cash.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Thursday the 13^th of December next at five o'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
