Mr Franklin agreed to build the brewhouse 10ft wide at the end of the warehouse at Wallbridge for 10 guineas - the Company to supply, timber, tile, stone, brick and mortar.

At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 13^th of December 1781
Present: Joseph Wathen, Nathaniel Jones, John Hollings, Ben^m Grazebrook, Thomas White.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
The Old Crane is brought up to Wallbridge agreeable to the Order of the last Meeting.
Our Clerk Reported that M^r Turners Estate is Rated to the Land Tax in Stonehouse Parish at £16:11:5½ ~~ in Radwick D^o at 2^s..6^d and the piece of Land call'd little Harry's Acre purchased by the Company is rated at 7^s..8½^d per Annum. Ordered that M^r Turner be requested to attend the next Meeting to settle the Taxes on the said Land.
Ordered that the Drain on M^r Cambridges Land be lett to some Person to make the same.
The Hurdles are brought up and sold agreeable to the Order of last Meeting.
M^r Franklin has agree'd to build a Brewhouse Ten feet wide at the end of the Warehouse at Wallbridge for the Sum of Ten Guineas, the Company to find Timber, Tyles, Stone, Bricks and Morter for doing the same.
The Interest is paid agreeable to the Order of last Meeting.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Thursday the 31^st January next at five o'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
