Mary and Elizabeth Pinfold claimed shares nos.121,122, will of Nathaniel Perks.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by adjournment at the Swan Inn in Stroud on Tuesday the 12^th of October 1794
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, John Allaway, James Dallaway, Ben^n Grazebrook, Fream Arundell.
M^r Christopher Gardiner attended on behalf of Mary and Elizabeth Pinfold and produced the Probate of the late Nathaniel Perks Will to which the said Mary and Elizbeth have taken out Letters of Administration whereby they are become entitled to two Shares No 121 & 122 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of the said Nathaniel Perks deceased as being his legal Representative and such Claim is hereby allowed.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Thursday the 11^th of November next at five O'clock in the afternoon at the George Inn at Stroud.
