General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage £1136 14s 1½d. Balance £460 14s 9d. Dividend of £3 15s declared.
Mr Grazebrook to pay £30 tonnage and wharfage for barges on canal.
Committee to be requested to enclose wharf at Dudbridge.
Company to accept £45 from Mr Keck as full compensation for late repair of Double Lock under direction of Mr Clowes.
Mr Lewis applied to remove weir at rear of Oil Mill Bridge to lower end of his orchard. Committee to inspect same.

At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held this 12^th Day of April 1791 at the George Inn in Stroud

The Minutes of the last General Meeting were Read and Confirm'd.
The several Books and Accounts were produced respecting the Affairs of the Company as directed by the Act of Parliament and Examined & Confirm'd.
It appears by the Accounts that the Sum of £1136..14^s..1½^d has been rec^d for Tonnage from the 12^th of October last to this Day a part of which has been appropriated to the Payment of the last Dividend other part thereof have been expended in the Payment of Debts, Wages, etc there remains a Ballance in hand of £460..14..9.
Ordered that a Dividend of Three Pounds fifteen Shillings be made on each share to be paid by the Treasurers on the first Day of June next, and if there is not a sufficient Sum then in hand that they be requested to advance the same and allow them Interest thereon and that our Clerk do transmit circular Letters to those Proprietors who are absent from this Meeting to inform then that they may draw upon the Treasurers or apply to them for Payment of the same.
Ordered that M^r Grazebrooks Barges to and from Glocester and Bristol do pass and repass the Canal till the next Half Yearly Meeting in consideration of his paying Thirty Pounds for Tonnage and Wharfage during that time. Resolved that the Commmittee be requested to enclose the Wharf at Dudbridge in such manner as they shall see proper. Resolved that this Company do accept of 45^£ form M^r Keck as a full Compensation for the late Repair of the Double Lock made under the Direction of M^r Clowes.
M^r Lewis having made application for leave to remove the Ware near the Oil Mill Bridge to the lower End of his Orchard, The Committee are desired to inspect the same and take such Steps as they shall see proper. The following Gentlemen are appointed a Committee for the ensuing Year Viz:
