Conveyance of land from Mr Moseley to Company being prepared, company seal to be applied.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn in Stroud on Wednesday the 21^st of May 1794
Present: Rev^d Will^m Ellis, Jos^h Grazebrook, Sam^l Wathen, Sam^l Smith, John Allaway.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
M^r Clews having delivered his Report respecting the Improvements at Framiload and the necessary Repairs to the Canal.
Ordered that a General Meeting of the Proprietors be advertized to be held at the George Inn in Stroud on Wednesday the 4^th of June next at 11 o Clock in the forenoon for the purpose of taking into consideration the said report, and that Circular Letters be transmitted to the distant Proprietors informing them thereof.
The Conveyance of the Land from M^r Moseley to the Company being prepared, Ordered that the Seal of the Company be affix'd to the same and when executed by all Parties that the Money be immediately paid.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Wednesday the 4^th of June next at ten o'Clock in the forenoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
