Henry Eycott claimed shares nos.142,143,192, will of Henry Eycott, his father.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the George Inn in Stroud on the 14^th of April 1801.
Present: Sam^l Wathen, Nath^l Wathen, Rev^d Will Ellis, Nath^l Jones, Benj^n Grazebrooke, Ew^d Wood, Jn^o Allaway, Jos^h Cambridge, Joseph Grazebrooke.
Henry Eycott of Stonehouse in the County of Glocester Gentleman attended and made out his Claim to three Shares N^o 142, 143, 192 late the property of his Father Henry Eycott deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of his late Father bearing date the 7^th day of March 1799 & duly proved in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 18^th day of March 1801, wereby the said Henry Eycott is appointed sole Executor and his Claim is hereby admitted.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Tuesday the 2^nd of June next at 8 o'Clock in the morning on board the Companys Barge at Walbridge.
