Weekly pay of Martha Share continued.
Rowles Scudamore, Joseph Cambridge claimed shares nos.69,70,71,156,157,106,107,108,110, 111, 112,113,114,115, will of Samuel Cambridge, 9 November 1792, codicil 1 June 1801.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 15^th of February 1802
Present: Sam^l Wathen, Jn^o Allaway, Rev^d W^m Ellis, Jos^h Grazebrooke, Rev^d Jos^h Colborne, Jos^h Cambridge, Benj^n Grazebrooke.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Order of the Weekly pay of Martha Share.
Mess^rs Rowles Scudamore of Stroud in the County of Glocester Gentleman, and Joseph Cambridge of Walls Quar in the same County Gentleman attended and made out their joint Claims to Fifteen Shares N^o 69, 70, 71, 156, 157, 106, 107, 108,109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of Samuel Cambridge of Walls Quar aforesaid deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Samuel Cambridge bearing date 9^th Nov^r 1792. Also the Codicil to the said Will bearing date of 1^st June 1801, and duly proved in the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 28^th of November 1801, whereby it appears that the said Rowles Scudamore and Joseph Cambridge are joint Executors and their Claims are hereby admitted.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Monday the 12^th of April next at three o'Clock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Walbridge.
