Articles of agreement with Mrs Mary Cambridge to be exhibited at General Meeting.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 11^th of October 1802
Present: Nath^l Wathen, Benj^n Grazebrook, Rev^d W^m Ellis, Jn^o Allaway, Rev^d J Colborne, Jos^h Grazebrook, Henry Burgh, Nath^l Jones, Sam^l Wathen.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Orders unexecuted of the 3^rd June last.
Articles of Agreement between Mary Cambridge Widdow, etc, Charles Owen Cambridge Esq^r of Twickenham in the County of Middlesex of the one part, and the Company of Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation on the other part, made in conformity to the Resolution recorded in the proceedings of the Committee of the second day of September, having been produced and approved of, Ordered that they be exhibited at the General Half Yearly Meeting of the Company to be holden on the 12^th Instant previous to its sealing and execution on their part.
Ordered that a Bill be drawn upon the Treasurer for the Sum of Four Hundred, ninety five Pounds, three Shillings & five pence for the use of the Navigation.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Tuesday the 23^rd of November next at 3 o'Clock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Walbridge.
