The auditor, Mr Cooper, has examined the books.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 21st day of April 1852
Present: M^r Fred^k Eycott, M^r T C Croome Chairman, Jn^o H Warman, Rich^d Martin, G H A Beard, C H Fisher, Cha^s Hooper.
M^r Cooper the Auditor attended and stated that he had examined all the Books and Vouchers and found every Item correct.
The Treasurers Book was produced examined and signed.
