On board company boat. In future a memorandum is to be made in the share register of any claim before the committee that is entered in their minute book.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held on board the Company's Boat on Tuesday the 17th day of August 1852
Present: M^r Will^m Fryer, M^r Fred^k Eycott Chairman, Cha^S H Fisher, Geo H Aug^t Beardm Jn^o H Warman, Rich^d Martin, Tho^s C Croome.
Ordered that M^r Hawker do make a return of £4891..10..1 as the Income of this Navigation for the last year in pursuance of the notice served on him by authority of the Commissioners of the Property and Income Tax.
Ordered that in future a Memorandum be made in the Share Register Book of any Claim of Shares before the Committee which shall be entered in their Minute Book.
Ordered that M^r Hawker be paid 1 Quarters Salary due 19th Int: 25^£..-^s..-^d
and Edw^d Shipways Bill for Millwrights Work: 13..14..11
