Mr George to be charged tonnage on separate cargoes if balance of account remains unpaid.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 16^th day of July 1856
Present: M^r Cha^s Hawker, M^r G H A Beard Chairman, F Eycott, W^m Fryer, J H Warman, H Harris, R^d Martin, C Hooper, T C Croome, N S Marling.
Resolved that as M^r George has not complied with the resolutions of the last Meeting by paying the balance of his account, he be informed that favor & accommodation cannot be shewn to him more than to other Traders and that unless he pay his quarterly accounts punctually as others are are required to do he cannot be allowed to have continued credit but will be charged Tonnages on his separate cargoes after the expiration of the current Quarter.
Resolved that the following Bills & accounts be paid:

J Burbidge Salary 2 months due 20 Ins't: 10..-..-

Resolved that the usual yearly inspection of the Navigation take place on Wednesday the 13^th August next.
