Theophilus Thompson, Nathaniel Beardmore, Rev Thomas Bacon, George Henry Wathen claimed shares nos.151,153,77,78, will of Eliza Ford.]
Revd. M^r Bowles requested map of canal as evidence of the repairs of a road. Solicitor asked to prepare map at his expense.
and the claims of the said Theophilus Thompson Nathanial Beardman Thomas Bacon and George Henry Wathen was admitted accordingly& new Tickets ordered to be made out for them.
A Letter from the Rev^d M^r Bowles was read in which he requests that the original Map of the Canal may be produced as affording Evidence as to the repairs of a Road.
Ordered that the Solicitor be authorized to produce the map at the Expence of the party's requiring the same.
