Mr Clutterbuck permitted to launch new vessel built near Bristol Road across towing path and to take out one of gates at Whitminster Lock to allow vessel to pass into G&B Canal.

The various Accounts Books and Vouchers signed by M^r Cooper the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and examined.
The Treasurer's Book was produced examined and signed.
M^r Clutterbuck attended and requested that he might be allowed to launch a new Vessel built near the Bristol Road across the Towing path, and take out temporarily one of the Gates at the Whitminster Lock for the purpose of Enabling the Vessel to pass into the Gloucester and Berkeley Canal. Resolved that such permission be given, provided the work be done at M^r Clutterbuck's Expence and under the superintendence and to the satisfaction of M^r Driver and that M^r Clutterbuck be responsible for all consequent damage.
