Mr Joseph Timbrell Fisher claimed shares nos.129, 163, will of Revd. John Colborne Fisher.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 15^th day of November 1859
Present: M^r N S Marling, M^r C Hooper Chairman, G H A Beard, H Harris, C Hawker, J H Warman.
A Vacancy having occurred in the Committee by the circumstance of M^r Eycott not having been present at three successive Committee Meeting,
Ordered that a Special General Meeting be held on the 20^th day of December next to supply the Vacancy and also to pass a Bye-Law imposing a penalty on persons leaving Goods on the Wharves of the Company for an improper time without their leave.
M^r Joseph Timbrell Fisher of Stroud Solicitor attended and made out his Claim as sole proving Executor under the Will of the Rev^d John Colborne late of Cowley in the County of Gloucester and since of the Slad in the Parish of Painswick in the same County Clerk deceased to two Shares numbered 129 & 163 in the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation lately belonging to and now standing in the name of the said John Colborne deceased in the books of the Company of the Stroudwater Navigation by producing the Probate of the Will of the said John Colboren deceased dated 12^th day of August 1857 and proved in the District Registry Court of Probate at Gloucester on the 29^th day of October 1859 by the said J T Fisher alone power being reserved to the Rev^d Fred^k Colborne Fisher the other Executor and also producing the Tickets or Titles to the said Shares and the Claim was admitted accordingly and new Tickets ordered to be made out.
Resolved that the following Bill be paid:
