At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 27^th day of October 1863
Present: M^r J H Warman, M^r H H Wilton Chairman, F Eycott, H Harris, G H A Beard, C H Fisher, C Hawker.
The various Accounts Books and Vouchers signed by M^r Cooper the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and examined and passed.
The Treasurer's book was produced examined and signed.
Mess^rs Hunt & C^o having applied for permission to insert a small pipe into the Canal Bank adjoining their land at Lodgemore for the supply of water to cattle in the field, Resolved that permission be granted to them to do so, on their signing an acknowledgement of the Company's right to remove it at any time, & paying one shilling annually.
