Charles Jacomb claimed share no.135, will of Charles Jacomb.
Mr Charles Halliwell, Isaac Allen Cooke and William Brittan claimed shares nos.190,26,136,144,99,164, will of Elizabeth George.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Thursday the 27^th day of October 1864
Present: M^r J H Warman, Capt^n C H Fisher Chairman, G H A Beard, M^r W W Kearsey, C Hawker, C Hooper, J T Fisher.
The various Accounts Books and Vouchers signed by M^r Cooper the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced examined and passed.
The Treasurer's book was produced examined and signed.
M^r N A Partridge Clerk to the Stroudwater Navigation attended on behalf of Charles Jacomb Executor under the Will of Charles Jacomb of 2 Upper Clapton in the County of Middlesex Esq^r deceased and made out the Claim of the said C Jacomb to one Share No 135 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation lately belonging to and now standing in the nave of the said C Jacomb deceased in the books of the said Company of Proprietors by producing the Probate of the Will of the said C Jacomb deceased bearing date the 13^th day of December 1859 with a Codicil also bearing date the 13^th day of December 1859 and proved in the Principal Registry of her Majesty's Court of Probate and producing the Ticket or Title of the said Share and the Claim was admitted accordingly and a new Ticket ordered to be made out.
M^r James Charles Hallewell of Stroud attended on behalf of himself and Isaac Allan Cooke of Clifton in the City of Bristol Esq^re and William Button of the City of Bristol Gentleman Executors appointed by the Will of Elizabeth George of N^o 2 Mythe Villas Kingsdown Bristol Spinster and made out the Claim of the said J C Hallewell I H Cooke & W^m Button to six Shares numbered 190, 26, 136, 144, 99 & 164 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation lately belonging to and now standing in the name of the said E George deceased in the Books of the said Company of Proprietors by producing the Probate of the Will with 3 Codicils of the said E George deceased the Will bearing date the 17^th day of May 1862 the 1^st Codicil bearing date the 29^th day of Sep^r 1863 the 2^nd he 26^th day of April 1864 and the 3^d the 28^th day of April 1864 and proved in the District Registry in her Majesty's Court of Probate at Bristol on the 2^d day of August 1864 by producing the Tickets or Titles of the said Shares & the Claim was admitted accordingly & new Tickets ordered to be made out.
