General Half Yearly Meeting.
Tonnage since 1 April £1913 14s 5d. After wages, etc, £1036 13 5s profit. Dividend of £5 declared.
Mr Warman, having left neighbourhood, was requested to resign office of Solicitor to Stroudwater Navigation.
At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Company of Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Thursday the 25^th day of October 1866

The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Assembly were read approved and confirmed.
The several books and Accounts were produced as directed by Act of Parliament and were examined and passed.
It appears that the sum of 1913^£..14^s..5^d had been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st day of October 1866 part of which has been applied towards the payment of Wages, Disbursements, etc, there remains in the hands of the Treasurer after paying the last Dividend the sum of 1036^£..13^s..5^d.
Ordered that a Dividend of £5..0..0 on each Share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next free of Income Tax,
Proposed by M^r Hawker and seconded by M^r T Marling,
That in consequence of M^r Warman having left this neighbourhood he is requested to resign the Office of Solicitor to the Stroudwater Navigation.
That this Meeting be adjourned to Monday the 5^th November at 1 o'clock to receive M^r Warman's reply to the above resolution and to take such steps thereon as may be deemed necessary, and for general business and that a copy of this and the former resolution be forwarded by the Clerk to M^r Warman,
