Summary

Annual inspection on the Company's barge.
One of the Beacons at Framilode broken by one of the Thames & Severn Canal boats, an application is to be made to their agent to repair the same.
Ordered that the following repairs be set about immediately and forwarded as soon as possible viz: the lock gates at Framilode to be made in perfect repair; he wall at the lower lock to the Severn to be built up; the arch of Saul Bridge to be repaired also Bristol Road Bridge; the lock gates to be cleared of grass and weeds.
Mr Henry Cooke having applied for permission to take the waste water from the upper level into Lodgemore Mill Pond, it is agreed that he may erect a weir for that purpose exactly upon a level with the weir at the first lock.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held on board the Companys Barge on Thursday the 21^st of June 1804
Present: Sam^l Wathen, Jn^o Allaway, Rev^d W^m Ellis, Jos^h Grazebrook, Rev^d Jos^h Colborne, Jo^s Fyers, Henry Burgh, Rowles Scudamore, Benj^n Grazebrook, Nath^l Jones.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Orders of the last Meeting.
It being reported that one of the Beacons at Framiload being brake by one of the Thames and Severn Canal Boats. Ordered that application be made to their Agent, to repair the same.
Ordered that the following repairs be sett about immediatly and forwarded as soon as possible Viz: The Lock Gates at Framiload to be made in perfect pairs. The Wall at the lower Lock to the Severn be built up. The Arch of Sauls bridge to be repaired , Also Bristol Road Bridge. The Lock Gates to be cleared from Grass and Weeds.
M^r Henry Cooke having applied for permission to take the Waste Water from the upper Levell into Lodgemore Mill Pond. It is agreed that he may erect a Weir for that purpose exactly upon a level with the Weir at the first Lock.
Adjourned this Meeting to Monday the 8^th of October next at 3 o'Clock in the Afternoon at the Committee room at Walbridge.
