Rev John Bull claimed shares nos.1,128, will of Francis Bull.
Mr Henry Burden of Abingdon, Agent to the Cheese Mongers of London, attended to make a proposal to the Company to erect a warehouse on the Bristol Road wharf for the purpose of housing cheese. The dimensions of the warehouse to be seventy-five feet long by eighteen feet wide or thereabouts, six feet high in the side walls and covered with thatch. He was ready to take a lease for fourteen years, paying the Company a rent of 10 per cent per annum on the sum that may be expended, the expense do not exceed £60. Proposal accepted and a lease be prepared at the joint expense of Mr Burden and the company, to be executed previously to possession being given.
A letter having been received from John Yates junior objecting to pay half the value of the Company’s small boat damaged it principally through his carelessness to or that of his men.Clerk to send a letter requiring him to pay £6 in compensation for such damage, in default of which the company’s solicitor would be authorised to commence an action against him.
At a Meeting of the Committee or the Stroud water Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Tuesaday the 19^th of November 1805.

M^r Joseph Grazebrook attended on behalf of the Rev^d John Bull and made his Claim to two Shares N^o 1 & 128 in the Stroud water Navigation late the property of his Brother Francis Bull deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Francis Bull bearing date the 13^th July 1801 and proved in the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury 26^th July 1805, whereby the said Rev^d John Bull is appointed Executor and his Claim is hereby admitted.
M^r Henry Burden of Abingdon Agent to the Cheese Mongers of London attended to make a proposal to the Company to erect a Warehouse on the Bristol Road Wharf for the purpose of housing Cheese, the dimensions to be twenty five Feet long by eighteen feet wide or thereabouts, six feet high on the side walls and covered with Thatch for which ready to take a lease for fourteen years paying the Company a Rent after the Rate of 10 per Cent per Annum on the Sum that may be expended so that the expence do not exceed Sixty Pounds.
Resolved that this proposal be agreed to, and that a Lease be prepared at the joint expence of M^r Burden and the Company to be executed previously to the proposition being given.
