Thomas and James Perry claimed shares nos.105,147,179,72,188,152, will of James Perry.
An addition of about 12 feet is to be made to the Lock house at Bristol Road.
John Lawrence, Joseph Davis and Samuel Golding having been convicted by the magistrates in the penalty of £20 each for cutting the bank of the canal near Framilode but the magistrates having left the mitigation of the penalty to the consideration of the committee, we do refer the same to the general meeting tomorrow.
William Pavey having drowned in the canal another person to be appointed to serve in his room as soon as a proper one can be found.

M^r T Grazebrook attended on behalf of Mess^rs Tho^s & James Perry of Woolverhampton in the County of Stafford and made out their claim to Shares N.105,147,179,72,188,152, late the property of their Father James Perry of Woolverhampton aforesaid Esq^r deceased by producing an extract of the Will of the late James Perry bearing date the 4^th July 1805 and duly proved in the Perogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 20^th Dec^r 1808 whereby it appears the said Tho^s Perry & James Perry the Sons of the late Ja^s Perry Deceased are the residuary Legatees and surviving Executors and their Claim is hereby admitted.
Ordered that an Addition of about 12 Feet be made to the Lock House at Bristol Road as soon as convenient. Will^m Pavey having by Accident been drowned in the Canal, Ordered that another Person be appointed to serve in his room, as soon as a proper one can be found.
