At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Wabridge on Monday the 9^th Octo^r 1809
Present: James Tyers, Rowles Scudamore, Jos^h Grazebrook, Henry Eycott, Nath^l Wathen, Nath^l Jones, W^m Stanton.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Order of the Walk Bridge.
Mr Scudamore attended on behalf of the Rev^d THo^s Flint of Horsley, and made out his Claim to one Share N 145 in the Stroud Navigation late the Property of Mary Cambridge of Brimscombe deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Mary Cambridge bearing date the 14^th June 1806 and duly proved in the perogative Court of the Archbiso[ of Canterbury the 15 April 1809, whereby the said Tho^s Flint is appointed Sole Executor & his Claim is hereby admitted.
Ordered that an Ice bot be built by Sam^l Bird according the his Estimate under the inspection of W^m Beard.
Ordered that a Bill be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Three Hundred fifty five Pounds 5^s 5½^d for the use of the Navigation.
