Summary

James Pickard to begin removing the mud out of the Whitminster level on 21 June and to find a sufficient number of men on 4s per day each man.
Mr Hains to call upon the proprietors of land adjoining the Whitminster level and inform them that the level is about to be cleared of mud and to know on which side of the canal they would like it put.
Mr Hains to give an authority to James Pickard to buy of Mr Price of Gloucester six deal planks of twenty feet in length, six of fifteen and six of ten.
Mr Hains to procure an estimate of the expense for building a house for the lockkeeper at Framilode.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee room at Walbridge on Monday the 7^th of June 1813
Present: James Tyers, Alexander Townsend, John Holbrow, Will^m Stanton, John Snowden.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Ordered that Ja^s Pickard do begin removing the Mud out of the Whitminster Level on Monday 21^st Jun^e. J Pickard agrees to do the Work as expeditiously as possible and find a sufficient number of men at 4^s per day each man including his charge for over looking them. Ordered that M^r Hains do call upon the Proprietors of Land adjoining the Whitminster Level and inform them that the level is about to be cleared of mud, and to know where on either side of the Canal they would wish it put.
Ordered that M^r Hains do give an Authority to Ja^s Pickard to buy of M^r Price of Gloucester six Deal planks of Twenty feet in length, six of Fifteen and six of Ten.
Ordered that M^r Hainds do procure an estimate of the expence of building a House for the Lockkeeper at Framiload.
