At a meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Wednesday the 22^nd of June 1814
Present: John Snowden, John Holbrow, Nath^l Jones, Thomas Holbrow, Richard Miller.
Read the minutes of the last Meeting.
At a Special General Meeting held at the George Inn Stroud June 21^st 1814 M^r George Hawker having been elected Clerk in the room of M^r Hains resigned, Ordered that the Key of the Iron Chest be delivered to him.
Ordered that a new Ledger, and a new Journal be prepared by M^r Brisley.
Ordered that a new Tonnage book according to the form recommended by M^r Miller be prepared for W^m Purcell the Lockeeper at Framilode.
Ordered that new Tonnage tickets be prepared for Walbridge and Framilode.
Ordered that a letter from M^r Henry Lewis respecting his account be referred to the next Committee Meeting.
Adjourned this meeting to Friday the 1^st of July Instant at five o'Clock in the Afternoon.
