Charles Thomas Sharpe claimed shares nos.37,38, will of Ann Sharpe.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Tuesday the 23rd Day of December 1828
Present: M^r Morgan, M^r John Holbrow, M^r S Fisher, M^r Holbrow, M^r Eycott, M^r Jones.
Examined the books and Accounts of the Company.
Geo Hawker attended on behalf of Charles Thomas Sharpe of Lisle Street Westminster in the County of Middlesex and made out his claim to two Shares N^os 37 & 38 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of his Sister Ann Sharpe of Lisle Street aforesaid deceased by producing the probate of the Will of the said Ann Sharp dated the twenty seventh day of May 1828 and proved by Joseph Sharpe & the said Charles Thomas Sharpe the Executors named in the said Will of the said Ann Sharpe in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the fourth day of August 1828. Whereby it appears that the said two Shares are bequeathed to him the said Charles Thomas Sharpe and his claim is hereby admitted.
