Mr Sutton applied on behalf of the Stroud Board of Health to rent a pen on Wallbridge Wharf to place and break road stone. Rent of £3 p.a., pen to be fenced by the Canal Company, but to be kept in repair by the Board of Health. Mr Sutton to take matter to the Board.
The Great Western Railway Company had on 1 October imposed certain lockage and dock dues on vessels entering the lock at Bullo Pill: Messrs Croome, Beard and Phipps to deal with this matter as they think best.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Monday the 28^th day of October 1867
Present: M^r G H A Beard Chairman, J C Hallewell, W W Kearsey, T M Croome, T Marling.
The various Accounts Books and Vouchers signed by M^r Coley and certified to be correct were produced examined and passed.
The Treasurers book was produced examined and signed.
M^r Sutton applied on the part of the Stroud Board of Health to be allowed to rent a Pen on Wallbridge Wharf in which to place and break Road Stone.
Resolved that a Pen as pointed out by the Surveyor may be let at a Rent of £3 per annum, the same to be fenced by the Canal Company, but the fences to be kept in repair by the Board of Health. M^r Sutton was to lay the matter before his Board.

It appearing that the Great Western Railway Company had on the 1^st inst^t imposed certain Lock and Dock dues on Vessels entering the Dock at Bullo Pill, resolved that it be referred to Mess^rs Croome, Beard and Phipps to deal with the matter as they think best.
