General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 October 1868 £2340 16s 4d. After wages, etc, profit £717 17s. Dividend of £3 10s declared.

At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 27^th day of April 1869

The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Assembly were read approved & confirmed.
The several books & Accounts were produced as directed by the Act of Parliament & were examined & passed.
It appears that the sum of £2340...16..4 has been received from the 1^st day of Oct^r 1868 to the 1^st day of April 1869 part of which had been applied towards the payment of Wages disbursements, etc, there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £717..17 after paying the last Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £3..10..0 on each Share be declared and payable on the 1^st day of May next, free of Income Tax.
Resolved that the Committee of last year be reelected.
