C.H Fisher and J. Colborne Fisher claimed share nos.39,84,174, will of Joseph Timbrell Fisher.
Mr W H Withey attended and asked permission to lay gas pipes from the Nutshell Bridge at Stonehouse to Bonds Mill and that our Surveyor be allowed to superintend the work to the satisfaction of the Company. Permission granted.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 18^th day of September 1869
Present: M^r F S Thornton, G H A Beard Chairman, T Marling, T M Croome, J C Hallewell, C H Fisher, S Phipps, J T Fisher.
M^r J T Fisher attended on behalf of C H Fisher and J Colborne Fisher executors under the Wil of M^r Joseph Timbrell Fisher of Stroud Gentleman deceased and made out the Claim of the said C H Fisher & J C Fisher to three Shares numbered respectively 39, 84, 174 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation and now standing in the name of the said J T Fisher deceased in the books of the said Company of Proprietors by producing the Probate of the Will of the said J T Fisher deceased and bearing date the 15^th day of April 1867 and proved in the District Registry of her Majestey's Court of Probate at Gloucester. on the 1^th day of September 1869 and also by producing the Tickets or Titles of the said Shares and the claim was admitted accordingly and new Tickets ordered to be made out.
M^r W H Withey attended and asked permission to lay pipes to convey Gas from the Nutshell Bridge at Stonehouse to Bonds Mill and also that M^r Peyton the Surveyor of the Company be allowed to superintend the work and have it done to the satisfaction of this Company the permission in both cases was granted.
Ordered that the General Half Yearly Meeting be fixed for the 26^th of October next at 2 O;clock and the Committee Meeting at 12.
Resolved that the Committee be held in future at 12 O'clock.
