Special Meeting. The draft case prepared by the Solicitor of this Company was considered and revised and the questions submitted to Counsel somewhat varied and the Clerk was directed to return the draft case to Mr Kersey requesting him to submit it to Mr Ellett on behalf of the Upper Canal Company, requesting to have the draft case prepared by Mr Ellett to be submitted to this Committee.
