In view of the continued illness of Mr Croome and Mr Kearsey, Clerk to request Mr Kearsey to write to Mr Ellett that the Thames and Severn and Stroudwater Canal Co’s cases had not been considered at the meeting.

[52] The Thames and Severn and Stroudwater Canal Cos Cases respecting the "Tolls" was again brought before the Committee, but owing to the continued illness of Mr Croome and Mr Kearsey the Cos Solicitor the case was not considered and the Clerk was instructed to request Mr Kearsey to write to Mr Elliot to that effect.
