An annual subscription of £2 2s due on 25 December each year to be paid to Stroud Hospital.
The format for a Fishing Ticket was placed before the Committee and approved and ordered to be printed.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 16^th day of December 1880 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr G H A Beard Chairman, Mr John Howard, Mr C H Hooper, Major Fisher, Mr H H Mills.
[36] Mr Hooper placed before the Committee an application from Mr Libby asking for a subscription on behalf of the funds of the Stroud Hospital.
The matter was considered and it was agreed to pay an annual Subscription of £2..2..0 due on the 25^th day of December in each year.
[19] A form of Fishing Ticket was placed before the Committee. Copy as follows (viz):

The bearer ___________ of ___________ has permission to Angle in the waters of the Stroudwater Canal between Wallbridge and Framilode until the 31^st day of December ____ the sum of 2.6 having been paid for the said permission.
Netting not allowed.
The above form was approved and ordered to be printed.
