Mr Mills placed Mr Vizard’s reply about the tithe charge for Eastington and Wheatenhurst parishes before the Committee, and the Clerk was instructed to forward the cheque for £5.7s.1d. in settlement of the account.
Tithe charges on a strip of land below the junction near Saul, as passed to the Committee by The Rev Arthur Mosley, Rector of Saul, to be paid.
Messrs Webb & Spring’s, timber merchants of Ebley, charge for having a small boat on the canal in the Ebley pound to be reduced to £1 10s p.a. from the 25 March next.
Messrs Hooper’s rent for a small boat on the Canal between Bond’s Mill and the Midland Railway be reduced to £1 10s p.a. from the 25 March next.
Clerk instructed to inspect the culvert under the canal near the swing bridge at Saul.

[41] The charge for Eastington and Wheatenhurs Parishers.
Mr Mills placed before the Committee Mr Vizard's reply to his letter respecting the above, and after the same had bee considered the Clerk was ordered to forward the Cheque for £5..7..1 in settlement of the account.
[41] The Rev^d Arthur Mosley, Rector of Saul near Stonehouse applied (by letter) for payment of 1/1 Tithe charge on a strip of land below the Junction near Saul.
The same was ordered to be paid.
[51] Messrs Webb & Spring Timber Merchants of Ebley applied for a reduction of the charge now made of £2..12..0 per annum for permission to have a small boat on the Canal in the Ebley pound.
[51] Resolved that the same be reduced to £1..10..0 per annum. commencing from the 25^th day of March next.
[51] Also that the rent of £2..10..0 per annum paid by Messrs Hooper & Co for a small boat on the Canal between Bond's Mill and the Midland Railway, be reduced to £1..10..0 per annum, commencing from the 15^th day of March next.
[11] A Notice was placed before the Committee which has been received from Mr J Spire Clerk to the Rural Sanitary Authority respecting the size and state of repair of a culvert under the Canal near the Swing Bridge at Saul.
The Clerk was instructed to inspect the same and report to the next Meeting, and to inform Mr Spire that orders have been given for an inspection and that what is necessary to put it in an efficient state of repair shall be done.
