The roof of the washhouse at the Canal Office be repaired or newly roofed.
Upper floor of the Wallbridge Warehouse had been let to Mr Buckler for £10 for one year from the 26 July 1883.
Clerk used the road leading from the Public Road to Mr Barnard’s house at Dudbridge on the 23 July with horse and cart.

[5] The attention of the Committee having been directed to the ruinous state of the roof of the wash-house at the Canal Office, it was ordered that the same be either repaired or newly roofed.
[43'] The Clerk reported that he had let the Upper floor of the Wallbridge Warehouse to Mr Buckler for £10 for one year from the 26^th July 1883.
[28] Also that he had used the Road leading from the Public Road to Mr Barnards house at Dudbridge on the 23^rd July last, with horse and cart.
