Sir William Henry Marling and William Charles Lucy claim share nos.94,121,141, will of Sir Samuel Stephen Marling.

[9] Ordered that the next Committee Meeting be held on Tuesday the 22^nd day of April next at 3,o,clock pm and the General Half-yearly Meeting @ 4,o,clock pm on the same day.
[32] Sir William Henry Marling of Stanley House near Stonehouse in the County of Gloucester Baronet, attended on behalf of himself and William Charles Lucy (under a written Authority) of the City of Gloucester Esquire executors of the Will of Sir Samuel Stephens Marling late of Stanley Park in the County of Gloucester Baronet deceased (who died on the 22^nd day of October 1883) and made out their claim to three shares numbered respectively 94. 121 and 141 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation and now standing in the name of the said Sir Samuel Stephens Marling Baronet deceased in the Books of the Company of Proprietors of the said Navigation by producing the tickets or titles except for the share number 94 to the said shares and the Probate of the Will (with one Codicil) of the said Sir Samuel Stephens Marling Baronet deceased, the Will bearing date the 13^th day of November 1875, and the Codicil bearing date the 16^th day of October 1880, and proved in the District Registry at Gloucester of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 15^th day of December 1883.
And the Claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets ordered to be made out on the tickets or titles of the said Sir Samuel Stephens Marling Baronet deceased being delivered up.
A Memorandum of Indemnity dated March 18^th 1884 from the executors of the Will and Codicil of the late Sir Samuel Stephens Marling Baronet deceased was produced relieving this Company from all liability in respect to the loss of the ticket or title to the share numbered 94.
