At a General Half-yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at their Office at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 18^th day of October 1887 @ 3.30 pm

The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Meeting were approved and confirmed.
[1] It appears that the sum of £1071..15..4 has been received from the 1^st day of April 1887 to the 1^st day of October 1887 and a balance brought forward from last Half-year (after payment of Divident) of £17..14..2 making a total of £1089..9..6 of which sum £616..10..6 has been applied towards payment of Wages disbursements, etc, (including a sum of £141..8..3 tonnage paid to the Thames and Severn Canal Co) and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £472..19..- available for Dividend.
[13] Ordered that a Dividend of £2..5..- on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November 1887 free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balance of £22..19..- to the next Half-year's account.
[55] The sum of £249..10..6 in the hands of the Treasurer stands to the Credit of the "Reserve Fund" being £146..10..6 balance in the Bank on the 25^th December 1886 and £3 1/2 years Interest to the 24^th June 1887.
