Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge Office on Tuesday the 18^th day of February 1890 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Mr E P Little, Mr E F Gyde, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr W J Stanton.
[21] The question of the Stroud Gas Co taking water from the Canal was discussed and it was decided that the matter should stand over for further consideration.
[23] The Clerk reported that boundary stones has been put in the land recently purchased at Stonehouse.
[46] Mr James Smar attended and asked for a reduction of 2^d per ton on all grain taken to Chalford.
Ordered that the same be allowed for Six Months ending the 30^th June 1890.
[15] Also that he be allowed a drawback on 20 tons of Birch timber taken to Chalford in July & August last amounting to 13/4.
[7] Ordered that a new pair of Top Gates be put in at Dudbridge Top Lock.
[7] Also that a New Swing Bridge be erected at Stonehouse.
