An application having been made by Mr S Martin of Woodchester for taking the house & premises at Dudbridge about to be vacated by Mr E T Ward. Mr Snape was directed to see him and if he approved eligible, to arrange for his meeting the Chairman at the Canal office.
The use of Steam Rollers prompted the Committee to consider the advisability of having notices put on the Canal Bridges, that the Canal Co would not be responsible for any weight beyond the ordinary traffic of the district, & and it was resolved that such notices should be at once placed on each of the Bridges as were likely to be used by Steam Rollers.
