Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 16^th day of December 1890 @ 3,o,clock 1890 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr H H Mills, Mr W^m Davies, Mr C H Hooper, Mr W J Stanton, Sir W H Marling, Mr Jno Howard.
[F^o 75] The Committee approved of the house and premises at Dudbridge lately occupied by Mr E T Ward being let to Mr Saml Martin of Woodchester and the Agreement for letting having been prepared by their Solicitor, the Seal of the Company was affixed to it.
[F^o 73] Mr Hamilton Mills informed the Commitee that Mr Barnard was willing to give £350 for the Garden Ground or land at Dudbridge wharf and it was resolved, that this price should be accepted, the arrangement for effecting the same being left in the hands of Mr Mills.
The Clerk reported that the bottom gates at Bristol Road Locks would require serious attention during the coming Summer as the Divers report was extremely unsatisfactory, and that the repairs of the walls of the lock should in his opinion be attended to at the same time. It was resolved that the necessary work be carried out.
