Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 26^th day of January 1891 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Mr W J Stanton, Mr W^m Davies, Mr E F Gyde, Sir W^m H Marling Bart, Mr H H Mills (late).
[F^o 76] Mr Hamilton Mills having reported that Mr Barnard was desirous of adding to his purchase the corner part of Dudbridge wharf adjoining the Garden ground or land he had agreed to buy and that he would give £50 for such addition it was resolved that the Chairman with Mr Mills, Sir W H Marling and Mr W J Stanton should view the same & meet Mr Barnard at the locus in quo to arrange matters.
The Captain of the Trow "Seabreeze" having declined to pay £1 for the cost of repairing the damage done by that Trow at the Blunder Lock on the 29^th Sept last, the Clerk was directed to proceed against him in the County Court for the recovery of such amount.
