Committee Meeting held on Tuesday the 20^th day of October 1891 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Mr W J Stanton, Mr Jno Howard & Mr Gyde.
The various accounts, books & vouchers signed by Mr Sturge the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and passed.
The Treasurer's Book was produced and signed by the Chairman.
"The Ship Inn". The Clerk reported that he had seen Mr Gillman of the Stroud Brewery Co with regard to the inside repairs and that they has been duly attended to.
"The Shearing of the Bank of the River Frome". He also stated that the work could be don by our own men.
A letter read from the Canal Association respecting the Board of Trade classification of rates, etc.
