Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 15^th day of March 1892 at 3 o'clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr E P Little, Mr A J M Ball, Mr Jno Howard, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr W Davies.
Ordered that the next meeting of the Committee be held on the 26^th day of April next and the General Half-Yearly Meeting on the same day at 3.30pm.
The Committee resolved that the payment of the £50 remitted to the Board of Trade upon the deposit of the proposed Classification and Schedule of Tolls should be charged to the Revenue Account.
It was further resolved that the balance of interest up to the 25^th inst standing to the credit of the Reserve Fund, as well as every future half years interest upon the reserve fund should be placed to the credit of the Revenue account.
Mr Albert Jeffries of Ebley was accepted as tenant at £12 a year of the Canal House at Eastington from the 25^th inst, and an agreement was ordered to be prepared accordingly.
The Seal of the Company was affixed to the Agreement on letting of the Wharf House at Dudbridge to Mr George Pegler.
