Payment to Mr Sturge for auditing half-yearly accounts to be £3 3s instead of £5 5s.
Tithe rent charge of 4s 4d claimed by Vicar of Stonehouse for land recently bought by Trustees of Stonehouse Court Estate and lock keeper’s garden at Dudbridge.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 26^th day of April 1892 at 3 o'clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Mr John Howard, Mr A J M Ball, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr E P Little.
The various accounts, books and vouchers Signed by Mr Sturge the Auditor, and certified to be correct were produced and signed.
The Treasuerer's Book was produced examined and signed by the Chairman.
It was resolved that in future all transfers of shares made in the interval of any Meetings should be brought under the notice of the Committee at their next Meeting and that in all cases the share certificate should be signed by the Chairman for the time being of the Navigation as well as by the Treasurer and Clerk.
Mr Sturge was informed that in future the payment to him for Auditing the half-yearly accounts would be £3..3..- instead of £5..5..-.
The Tithe rent charge of 4/4 having been claimed by the Vicar of Stonehouse in respect of the Land recently bought of the Trustees of the Stonehouse Court estate, and the Lock-keepers garden at Dudbridge, it was ordered to be paid.
