Permission to Dr Heard of Stonehouse for bathing in canal. Annual charge £1.
Town water to be laid on to Ship Inn at Wallbridge and cistern supplied.

Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr W^m Davies, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr Jno Howard, Mr W J Stanton, Mr E P Little.
An agreement was directed to be prepared with D^r Heard of Stonehouse giving him the permission referred to in the minutes of the last meeting for bathing in the Canal at the Annual charge of £1 commencing on the 24^th June last.
It was agreed that the Town Water should be laid on to the Ship Inn at Wallbridge & a cistern supplied.
Mr Stephen James Dudbridge was appointed Auditor of the Canal accounts at the Annual Salary of £5..5..0 subject to determination at 3 months notice of either side.
