Inefficiency of members to form a quorum on 15 November.
Mr Hamilton Mills with Counsel Mr Coward attended before Commissioner, Mr Pelham. Rates and tolls ultimately settled by legislation for traffic on canal, on the whole favourable to interest of Company.
New weighing machine at Dudbridge Wharf cost £34 11s 3d after discount of 8s 9d.
Mr Arthur Dunsford, manager of Gloucester Bank in Stroud, appointed Treasurer in place of Mr E H Palmer, deceased.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on the 14^th October* having been read and an allusion to there having been made to there having been no Meeting on the 15^th November owing to the insufficiency of members to form one, Mr Hamilton Mills reported that he and Mr Snape had attended before the Commission (Mr Pelham) on the 1^st inst supported by Counsel (Mr Coward) whom he had instructed to appear for the Company & that there was no opposition from any quarter or demure to the Statement made by Mr Coward, and that the remarks of the Commissioner led Mr Mills & Mr Snape to believe that the rates & tolls which would ultimately be settled by the legislature for traffic upon the Canal would on the whole be favourable to the interest of the Company.
A Cheque was drawn in favour of Messrs Bartlett & Sons for the New Weighing Machine at Dudbridge for £34..11.3 - a discount deducted 8/9.
Mr Arthur Dudbridge Manager of the County of Gloucester Bank in Stroud was appointed Treasurer in place of Mr E H Palmer deceased.
The Seal of the Company was affixed to the Agreement for Tenancy of Cottage at the Double Locks (late Mrs E Daniels).
