General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 April £882 11s 6d. After wages, etc, profit £365 12s 5d. Dividend of £1 10s declared.
At a General Half-yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 24^th day of October 1893 @ 3.30pm

The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Meeting were approved and confirmed.
It appears that the sum of £882..11..6 has been received from the 1^st day of April 1893 to the 1^st day of October 1893, and a balance brought forward from last Half-year (after payment of Dividend) of £25..2..6 making a total of £908..4..0 of which sum £542..11..7 has been applied towards payment of wages disbursements, etc (including the sum of £125..0.11 paid to the Thames and Severn Canal Co) and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £365..12..5 available for Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £1..10..0 on each Share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balance of £65..12..5 to the next Half-years Account.
The sum of £467..17..11 in the hands of the Treasurer stands to the Credit of the "Reserve Fund">
