Tenancy of Eastington Wharf in name of Thomas Clark. Responsible for repair of weighing machine.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 15^th day of March 1898 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: Mr C H Hooper Chairman, Mr H Hamilton Mills Solicitor, Mr E P Little, Mr W J Stanton, Sir W H Marling Bart.
With reference to Mr Whiting's application (see Minute Fo 224) the Clerk reported that the tenancy of Eastington Wharf is in the name of Mr Thomas Clark, and that the agreement with him specifically lays upon the Tenant the repair of the Weighing Machine.
Ordered that the Half-Yearly Meeting be held on Tuesday 26^th day of April 1898 @ 3.30pm.
