Ice breaking on canal necessary. Traffic had not been stopped.
Brick sewage tank at Ryeford belonging to Mr J C C Kimmins had fallen into canal. Not reinstated. Sewage coming into canal. Clerk to write again to Mr Kimmins requesting his immediate attention to matter.

Present: Mr H Hamilton Mills Chairman, Mr A B Hooper, Mr F A Little, Mr P J Evans, Mr E P Little, Mr W Davis, Mr W J Stanton.
[SRDC Sewerage] The Clerk reported that a notice had been received from the Stroud Rural District Council of the intention to lay sewerage pipes under the Canal at Dudbridge and he was instructed to require the Contractors to strictly observe all the Conditions laid down in the Clerk's letter to Mr Fredk Winterbotham Clerk of the Council.
[Fishing (close time)] The Clerk reported that notice of the close time had been printed on the angling licences.
[Ice breaking] The Clerk reported that icebreaking in the Canal had been necessary during the past week but that traffic had not been stopped.
[G Harb Board] The appointment of the Company's Representative on the Gloucester Harbour Board was directed to stand over until the half yearly Meeting in April.
[Mr Kimmins Tank] The Clerk reported that a brick sewage tank at Ryeford belonging to Mr J C C Kimmins had fallen into the Canal and that he had requested him to have it repaired but that it had not been reinstated and that sewage was coming into the Canal. The Clerk was instructed to write again to Mr Kimmins requesting his immediate attention to the matter.
