General Half Yearly Meeting. After a statement of accounts, a dividend of £1 10s per share was declared.

[GEN. MTG.] Ordered that a Dividend of £1..10..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next free on Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £155..8..2 to next Half Years Account.
The sum of £42.18..0 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit and Offices C^o Ltd. and £500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £562..19..0.
