General Half Yearly Meeting. After a statement of accounts, a dividend of £1 10s per share was declared.

[GEN. MTG.] Ordered that a Dividend of £1..10..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next free on Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £155..8..2 to next Half Years Account.
